Narphu Valley 17-Day Trek - Discover Narphu Valley on Your 17-Day Adventure

On the Narphu Valley trek you’ll explore a recently established trail that crosses the demanding high passes of Kang La and Thorong La, venturing into the wild, less-traveled northern reaches of the Annapurna circuit. You’ll move from a narrow, wooded entrance into a vast expanse of snow-capped peaks, ancient high-altitude settlements and narrow canyons, passing remote villages and yak herds while experiencing unique Tibetan culture and hillside gompas. This journey through the upper Manang region includes a stay at the winter settlement of Nar, offering rare access to one of the most seldom-visited areas of the Tibetan Buddhist world and a genuine sense of exploration for adventure, cultural and nature-focused travelers seeking multi-day, remote experiences.

Summary: What a day in Phu Village! While doing the Annapurna Circuit Trek in 2023, I learned about the Nar Phu Valley. When I read about it I couldn't wait to get back to Nepal. Finally, this year I made it back to do the trek! It definitely exceeded my expectations. On our acclimatization day in Phu village, we had such an amazing time sightseeing around and spending time with the local people. The experience taught me to be content with the things that I have. Thank you Kishwor for arranging such a great trip to Nar Phu Valley and special thanks to our guides Dorje & Manga for taking care of us the entire trip. Again, thanks to the Breeze Adventure team for a great trip in Nepal. Looking forward to seeing soon for another trek - maybe Kanchenjunga North Base Camp Trek next time!
